GENERAL NOTESSituationMeadow Farm has excellent national road network access via the M1 and the A52Nottingham/Derby dual carriageway.From the centre of Trowell village on the B609 road to Ilkeston by St Helens Churchpick up the B609 towards Ilkeston and travel to the end of the houses by the bus stop.Turn immediately right into Stoney Lane with Meadow Farm lying at the end of the laneafter approximately ½ mile.From the Bulls Head Public House adjoining the B6096 pick up the Ilkeston roadand travel around the bend towards Nottingham/Ilkeston, after 400 yards turn right ontothe A609 signed for Nottingham (opposite Morley Veterinary Surgeons Practice).Continue for approximately ½ mile and at the mini roundabout turn right onto the A609signed towards Nottingham. Travel downhill passing the Asda mini store and petrolstation on the left and over the river bridge and over the railway bridge. FOREWORDThe genuine dispersal sale at Meadow Farm arises as a result of the tragic passing ofMr Robert Godber in September 2019.
